What data we collect
The personal data we collect from you includes:
- your email address and job function / role when you sign up
- questions or feedback you submit
- your Internet Protocol (IP) address, and details of which version of web browser you used
- information on how you use the site and courses, for example which types of pages you view and when you mark lessons complete or incomplete
Why we need your data
We collect information to see how you use the site and courses. We do this to help:
- make sure the site is meeting the needs of its users
- make improvements to our products and services, for example improving course content

If you participate in a discussion forum, local communities, or chat room as part of the Services, you should be aware that the information you provide there (i.e. your public profile) will be made broadly available to others, and could be used to contact you, send you unsolicited messages, or for purposes neither Action for Results, Inc. nor you have control over. Also, please recognize that individual forums and chat rooms may have additional rules and conditions. Action for Results is not responsible for the personal information or any other information you choose to submit in these forums.
To request removal of your personal information from our blog or community forum, click here. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information and if this occurs, we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.
How long we keep your data

We will keep your email data until you unsubscribe. We will keep your feedback data for 2 years.
Children’s privacy protection
